The apartment was completely refurbished in 2004. The Villa is located on Calle Jerico, out of the main part of the city but with easy access to the centre by bus or metro and only 15 minutes from Plaza Catalunya. The apartment is ideal for those who are travelling by car as there is more possibility of parking in the area. The nearest metro station is line 3 (Penitens), located at about 500m from the house, this line will take you directly to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. There are also bus routes that will take you to the city centre.

Small deposit is required with the contract.
